1. I didn't get the email containing my "Thank You" reward code - where is it?

Please check your inbox and junk box, and make sure to tell your email program to "allow emails from subway@subway.nz.simplicitycrm.com". If the email is not in your inbox or junk box, click here to send an email to customer support and request a copy of your "Thank You" email.

2. What do I need to do to take a survey?

You'll need a valid, legible purchase receipt from a SUBWAY® Restaurant, and a valid email address.

3. How often can I take a survey?

Surveys are limited to one per 24 hour period per customer, and a maximum of 3 surveys per week. You must complete your survey within 7 days of your visit.

4. Can I just print out the coupon and bring it to the store to get my "Thank You" reward?

No, sorry - please write the unique coupon code found in the email in the space provided on your receipt.
